Shipping Policy

We use UPS as our shipping carrier. All orders will be shipped the next business day via UPS ground which takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on what State you live in or you are sending it to. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical address.

We do have local pick up for people who live in a 3 mile radius of our location. Please call before coming to get your order so we can make sure it is ready for you when you arrive. Pick up times is preferably between noon and 5pm, if you need to arrange a different time, please call to do so.

We are shipping to Canada now, we are using UPS as the carrier. All duty and taxes are the responsibility of the person buying the gift.

We now offer Free Shipping with orders over $125.00 and a Flat Shipping Rate of $15.00 to all other orders. Orders must be shipped to the 48 contiguous States only.

Return & Exchange Policy

For any inquiries or issues please use the contact form to contact us and we will be more than happy to work with you and resolve any issues that may be.

For any product that has arrived damage, please take photos and email it to us at tartsgifts@gmail.com, your satisfaction is very important to us and we will replace the damage product to you, or offer a refund to you. This must be done on the same day you receive the product.

We are taking extra precautions with our products with the Corona Virus, all products were purchased before this outbreak, we will wipe down all the boxes and shipping boxes before shipping them out or before they are picked up.
